Booth Space Requirements:

Choose your desired booth space size. We will contact you if your desired size isn't available. All booths include black or white pipe and drape (determined by show producer), 8' table with black floor length linen (per 10' of wall space), and 2 chairs. Linens must be checked in and out at Exhibitor Registration located near the overhead doors.

10x10 Booth (Choose inline or corner below) + $400.00
10x20 Booth (Choose inline or end cap below) + $700.00
10x30 Booth (All 10x30's will be inline) + $1,100.00
20x20 Booth (Choose inline or end cap below) + $1,400.00

Additional Booth Options:

Make sure you select your required booth options. If nothing is selcted you will be placed in an inline booth.

Door Prize:

All exhibitors of the With This Ring Bridal show are required to provide a door prize.

This door prize must hold a value of at least $50, and it must be a tangible item or service that you will give to the bride that day.

The door prize cannot be stipulated with a purchase.

It cannot come in the form of a discount or $ off.

Examples include: gift basket, cash, or gift certificates with no additional purchase necessary.

Throughout the show we will announce winners of the door prizes and direct them to your booth to pick up their prize.

The information must be turned in with your booth application in order for your booth to be assigned. If for whatever reason your proze does not meet show requirements we will contact you.

Adding stipulations such as: prize is non transferable; cannot be used towards previous purchase; must be booked by ...; no cancellations or reschedules; are all acceptable stipulations that can be added to your prizes.

Booth Electricity:

Electricity is provided through the Base @ Extraco Event Center for an additional charge. You will need to complete an Electricity Request form which will be posted on the exhibitor group's facebook page as soon as available.

I understand that WTRB Show or its producers have no control over electricity.
I understand there is a deadline to order electricity for my booth which is typically 2 weeks prior to the show.
I understand that no electricity will be available the weekend of the show if it was not ordered in advance.

I understand that after my application is approved, I will be emailed a Square Invoice with payment information. The initial deposit will need to be paid within 48 hours for my booth to be finalized.
